[社会保険労務士法人Noctia Insights]（以下「当社」といいます。）は、当社が提供するサービスおよび当社が運営するウェブサイト（以下総称して「本サービス」といいます。）における、利用者に関する情報（個人情報を含みます。）の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」といいます。）を定めます。
第1条（法令等の遵守）
当社は、個人情報の保護に関する法律その他関連法令およびガイドラインを遵守し、利用者情報を適正に取り扱います。

1. 「個人情報」とは、個人情報の保護に関する法律に定める個人情報をいいます。

第3条（取得する情報）
当社は、本サービスの提供にあたり、以下の情報を取得する場合があります。
1. 氏名、会社名（または屋号）、部署名、役職
2. 住所、電話番号、メールアドレス
3. お問い合わせ内容、相談内容、契約・取引に関する情報
4. 決済に必要な情報（クレジットカード情報等を含む場合がありますが、当社が直接保持しない方式を採用する場合があります。）
5. Cookie、IPアドレス、端末情報、ブラウザ情報、アクセスログ等
6. その他当社が本サービスの提供に必要と判断する情報
第4条（利用目的）
当社は、取得した利用者情報を、以下の目的の範囲内で利用します。
1. 本サービスの提供、運営、維持、改善
2. 利用者からのお問い合わせへの対応
3. 契約の締結、履行、管理、請求および決済
4. 新サービス、キャンペーン、セミナー、資料等の案内（メール配信を含みます。）
5. 不正行為、違法行為、利用規約違反等の防止および対応
6. 統計データの作成（個人を識別できない形式に加工したもの）
7. 上記利用目的に付随する目的
第5条（Cookie等の利用）
1. 当社は、利便性向上、アクセス解析、広告配信等の目的でCookie等の技術を利用する場合があります。
2. 利用者は、ブラウザ設定によりCookieの受け取りを拒否できます。ただし、当該設定により本サービスの一部が利用できなくなる場合があります。
第6条（第三者提供）
当社は、次に掲げる場合を除き、利用者の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供しません。
1. 法令に基づく場合
2. 人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき
3. 公衆衛生の向上または児童の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき

第7条（委託）
当社は、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲で、個人情報の取扱いを第三者に委託することがあります。この場合、当社は委託先に対し、適切な監督を行います。
第8条（安全管理措置）
当社は、個人情報の漏えい、滅失または毀損の防止その他個人情報の安全管理のため、必要かつ適切な措置を講じます。
第9条（開示・訂正・利用停止等）
1. 利用者は、当社に対し、法令の定めに従い、自己の個人情報の開示、訂正、追加、削除、利用停止、消去および第三者提供の停止（以下「開示等」といいます。）を請求できます。
2. 当社は、利用者からの請求が本人によるものであることを確認の上、法令に従い適切に対応します。

第11条（海外移転）
当社が利用者情報を国外の事業者に委託または保管する場合には、法令に従い必要な対応を行います。

第12条（本ポリシーの変更）
1. 当社は、法令の変更、本サービス内容の変更その他必要に応じて、本ポリシーを変更することがあります。
2. 重要な変更を行う場合、当社は本サービス上の掲示その他当社が適切と判断する方法で周知します。

[Noctia Insights] (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) sets forth this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as this “Policy”) as follows regarding the handling of information related to users (including personal information) in the services provided by the Company and the website operated by the Company (collectively, the “Services”).
Article 1 (Compliance with Laws and Regulations)
The Company shall comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other related laws, regulations, and guidelines, and shall handle user information appropriately.
Article 2 (Definitions)
1. “Personal Information” means personal information as defined in the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.
2. “User Information” means information related to users, including Personal Information, information used to identify users, behavioral history on communication services, and other information generated or accumulated in connection with users or users’ devices.
Article 3 (Information We Collect)
In providing the Services, the Company may collect the following information:
1. Name, company name (or trade name), department name, title
2. Address, telephone number, email address
3. Inquiry details, consultation details, information related to contracts and transactions
4. Information necessary for payment (may include credit card information; however, the Company may adopt a method under which it does not directly retain such information)
5. Cookies, IP address, device information, browser information, access logs, etc.
6. Other information the Company deems necessary to provide the Services
Article 4 (Purposes of Use)
The Company shall use the collected User Information within the scope of the following purposes:
1. Provision, operation, maintenance, and improvement of the Services
2. Responding to users’ inquiries
3. Execution, performance, and management of contracts, billing, and payment
4. Providing information on new services, campaigns, seminars, materials, etc. (including email distribution)

Article 5 (Use of Cookies, etc.)
1. The Company may use technologies such as cookies for purposes including improving convenience, access analysis, and advertisement distribution.
2. Users can refuse to accept cookies by changing browser settings. However, doing so may render part of the Services unavailable.
Article 6 (Provision to Third Parties)
The Company shall not provide Personal Information to any third party without the user’s consent, except in the following cases:
1. When required by law
2. When it is necessary to protect the life, body, or property of a person and it is difficult to obtain the user’s consent
3. When it is particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound growth of children and it is difficult to obtain the user’s consent
4. When it is necessary to cooperate with a national agency, local government, or a party entrusted thereby in executing affairs prescribed by law, and obtaining the user’s consent may impede the execution of such affairs
Article 7 (Outsourcing)
The Company may outsource the handling of Personal Information to a third party to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use. In such cases, the Company shall exercise appropriate supervision over the outsourcee.
Article 8 (Security Control Measures)
The Company shall implement necessary and appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of Personal Information and otherwise ensure the secure management of Personal Information.
Article 9 (Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, etc.)
1. Users may request the Company to disclose, correct, add, delete, suspend the use of, erase, or cease the provision to third parties of their Personal Information (collectively, “Disclosure, etc.”) in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
2. Upon confirming that the request is made by the user本人, the Company shall respond appropriately in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Article 11 (Cross-Border Transfer)
